At Roemer Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within a reasonable period after delivery, or within 14 days of an online purchase, provided that the item:

Is unopened and in its original packaging

Remains in the same condition as when you received it

Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unsealed:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:

Delivery costs are non-refundable

If the item was purchased as part of a promotion or sale, only the amount paid will be refunded
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos of the issue.
Online policies may differ than in store purchase policies.
Any Items sold in store off display are sold as seen.
